I think blogspot is blocked as I can't enter from here to my blog address directly unless I use http://anonymouse.ws/cgi-bin/anon-www.cgi. But I can manage and publish it normally through www.blogger.com. Even often it is so sllllllllow. :-( Just now, I was not able to make sign-in comment so I am forced to make Anonymous comment.
But it is with its advantages refer to my Sept. Archive Article Blogger.com vs yourblog.com.
If you can find other solutions I will be glad to know from you too.
